Analyst III - Information Security

As an Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) Specialist at our Bangalore office, you will be responsible for leading the execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, SMS, and direct mail. Your role will involve utilizing your strong technical expertise in ACC and SQL, along with a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include designing, configuring, and executing marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic, implementing multi-channel campaigns, ensuring the quality and timeliness of campaign delivery, and utilizing SQL to extract, analyze, and segment customer data for targeting. Additionally, you will be monitoring campaign performance, optimizing campaigns based on insights, gathering requirements from onshore stakeholders, and translating them into actionable strategies. As a leader in this role, you will be expected to model core values of integrity, collaboration, and inclusion, foster a team-oriented environment, mentor junior team members, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Your strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, will be essential in effectively working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and managing stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic, proficiency in SQL, a solid understanding of marketing automation, customer journeys, and campaign lifecycle, as well as strong stakeholder management and presentation abilities. Preferred qualifications include Adobe Campaign Certification (ACE), experience with data-driven marketing, a background in highly regulated industries, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands.
