Analyst - Global Incentive Compensation

As an Analyst in the International Incentive Compensation team in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in the sales commission processing during the monthly commission close cycle. Your responsibilities will include producing audits, participating in data quality reviews, and offering support in reporting data. Additionally, you will collaborate extensively with global Sales Compensation teams in Europe and Asia. Responsibilities: - Produce and complete the commissions close audits with a high level of accuracy. - Run necessary audit reports, reviews, and take required actions. - Support in generating simple reports to complex analysis builds from multiple sources. - Participate in processes and audit improvements, documentations, and procedures related to close cycle activities. - Conduct ad-hoc analyses and execute assigned projects as required. - Serve as the trusted partner for all upstream and downstream business functions. Required Skills/Experience: - 2+ years of relevant experience in automated sales commissions systems (Case Support) like Xactly, Callidus, Oracle EIM, etc. - Proficiency in Python, Google Sheets, and Salesforce. - Adaptable, willing to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities. - High degree of motivation, flexibility, and creativity. - Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
