We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analyst Finance CoE to join our team at Barclays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and experience working with financial data.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns, providing insights to support business decisions.
Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue and expenses, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements to optimize financial performance.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting, economics, and statistics.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, or programming languages like Python or R.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
Experience working with large datasets, extracting insights from structured and unstructured data sources.
