Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analyst to join our Finance Data Operations team at Barclays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance data operations and analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns, providing insights to support business decisions.
Develop and maintain complex financial models and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with financial data processing and reporting.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in finance data operations and analysis.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting, economics, and statistics.
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, or SAS.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Experience working with large datasets and developing complex financial models.
