Analyst, Expense reimbursement

Role Overview: You will be responsible for reviewing and auditing employee expense reports on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with company policies and local tax regulations. Additionally, you will manage the expense management system, provide support to employees regarding T&E policy inquiries, and assist in training materials development. Your role will also involve supporting financial audits and conducting analytical activities to identify trends and potential risks. Key Responsibilities: - Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to corporate T&E policy - Verify compliance with company policies, local tax regulations, and accounting standards - Utilize and maintain the expense management system for efficient processing and reporting - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding T&E policy and expense reports - Interpret and communicate complex T&E policies to employees and managers - Assist in developing and delivering training materials for employees on expense reporting system - Support internal and external financial audits by providing requested documentation - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks Qualification Required: - Excellent analytical skills - Ability to work hybrid from Pune - Basic fundamental knowledge of accounting principles - Expertise in IGAAP and US GAAP financial reporting would be an added advantage - Bachelors Degree in Commerce with 2-5 years of relevant experience Additional Details: Mindtickle is committed to creating a highly engaging and rewarding workplace with diverse employee backgrounds.
