As an Analyst, Data Quality at Kenvue, your role is crucial in ensuring the quality, consistency, and integrity of data within Kenvue Operations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to maintain data standards across Functions. Your contribution will be essential in promoting a culture of data excellence within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate with global and regional data stewards, business analysts, and business SMEs to define, develop, and maintain data quality rules and metadata. - Develop and implement data quality rules, thresholds, and standard metrics/quality expectations for data elements supporting critical business processes. - Drive data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment efforts to support Kenvue Operations" digital transformation. - Collate and review data quality requirements from data consumers and SMEs, ensuring completeness, timeliness, and accuracy specifications. - Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. - Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to protect sensitive data. - Define governance structure, policies, processes, and metrics to improve data quality and ownership. - Contribute to enhancing the in-house Data Quality framework with advanced capabilities. - Review existing data controls and recommend additional controls as per data strategy. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2-4 years of work experience in data management policy and issue management. - Strong knowledge of data-related policies and standards. - Ability to understand metadata, data lineages, and data definitions. - Experience in data analysis, business requirement gathering, dashboarding, and reporting with tools like Microsoft Azure, SQL, Python, and Power BI. - Experience in Data Quality & Governance, Digital Transformation, or similar domains. - Excellent communication skills.
