Collaborate with data architects to define and enforce data modeling and design standards. ETL Development : Oversee the development and maintenance of ETL processes, ensuring data integrity and quality. Provide technical guidance on ETL best practices and optimizations. Azure Services : Manage the utilization of Azure services, ensuring effective use of tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and others. Stay abreast of the latest Azure offerings and assess their relevance to the organization. Data Integration : Coordinate the integration of data from diverse sources into a unified data ecosystem. Collaborate with other departments to understand data integration requirements. Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize the performance of data pipelines and processes. Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide solutions to address performance issues. Data Security and Compliance : Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive data. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and relevant regulations. Project Management : Manage end - to - end delivery of data engineering projects, including planning, execution, and resource allocation. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Collaboration : Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Work closely with IT leadership to align data engineering initiatives with overall organizational goals.
