super good locality. However it is not located on the main road. But it is easily accessible by public and private transport. This society has good options for kids to indulge in various sports activities. It is quite peaceful inside. Needless to say, the society has safety too, you would find security guards 24 hours.

We recently bought a flat in the apartment. The whole sales process was very smooth thanks to extremely polite and helpful Mr. Lal. As of now the plan is to get the apartment by Dec 2022. I believe that seems possible as the work is going on in full swing.

Decent living society. Rent is on the expensive side. Almost everything is just round the corner...be it grocery or household items. Finding a cook maybe difficult though for bachelors. Maid charges are pretty high in this area (10k/month for 4 members )as compared to Marathalli area.

Great Society to live, for family or bachelor's. It has all the amenities like power backup, pool, gym, badminton court, and playing area for kids. And the security is also good there.

Most honest builder I have ever came across, done all things as promised. Quality of construction is top class. Even builder done maintenance for few years it was exceptional good with min maintenance.
