Very poor Electricity supply. Light got cut for 5-6 hours in every 2-3 days and sometimes for 10-12 hours, high maintenance charges, Street dogs roaming freely and biting residents and maids and still no action taken by the society

Lack of security, always shortage of water, struggle due to internal electric faults sometime more than 24hrs, poor cleanliness, a place of street dogs, and on top of that poor maintainnece team with their rude behavior and many more.. always think more than twice prior reaching any conclusion.

You will make your worst life decision if you plan to buy a property here. The entire city will have electricity but not this society and surprisingly we are told that rhis society is backes by a politician who is active in current governmemt. Rubbish society, neither water is stable nor electricity

Good complex of flats/floors just on the verge of completion.market is yet to be properly build up.It has a common entry point for multiple builder floors constructed by different builders.this can be a negative factor in long run
