Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chhata for an Ammonia Plant Operator and Maintenance professional. The individual will oversee the operation and maintenance of ammonia plant equipment, conduct regular quality control checks, troubleshoot operational issues, and handle repairs to ensure optimal plant performance. The role also includes operating machinery safely, monitoring equipment to maintain smooth production, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Plant Operations and Quality Control to monitor and optimize plant processes while maintaining high standards.
• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Maintenance to handle, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment effectively.
• Experience in Forklift Operation to manage transportation of materials safely and efficiently within the plant.
• Strong understanding of safety and environmental standards in industrial operations.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills to address operational challenges promptly.
• Technical certification in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in plant operations and maintenance is preferred.
