Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with database management tools. Previous experience in administrative roles.

Your job is to support our customers via live chat, helping them solve problems, find answers, and have a smooth, satisfying experience with our services. Your day-to-day will include:Engaging with customers in real-time through live chat and messaging platforms. Providing accurate, helpful, and friendly responses to inquiries, complaints, or requests. Troubleshooting issues and guiding users toward quick resolutions. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex or technical issues. Logging conversations, tracking trends, and reporting feedback to help improve processes. Maintaining a consistent brand tone and high standard of customer support. What We’re Looking For:Good communication skills – you write clearly, professionally, and empathetically. Quick typing and multitasking abilities.
