Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries over calls/chats with professionalism.
• Provide clear, accurate information and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain call quality and follow all AMEX communication guidelines.
• Update customer interaction details in the system.
• Ensure a customer-first experience at every step.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in a professional customer support setup.
