American BPO Chat Support

We are looking for dynamic and passionate Customer Care Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling international voice and non-voice processes, providing exceptional support to customers across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Voice Process (Inbound/Outbound): Handle customer queries and provide support over calls, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Non-Voice Process (Email/Chat Support): Assist customers through email or live chat, resolving issues and providing prompt solutions.
• Manage customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Provide accurate information regarding products/services, ensuring clarity and resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain a high level of service quality, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
• Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure complete resolution of issues.
• Ensure targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met consistently.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide efficient and timely support.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th grade (Freshers are welcome; experience is a plus).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to understand and address customer concerns with patience and empathy.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles (voice or non-voice) is preferred.
• Comfortable working in flexible shifts, including nights or weekends as needed.
