AM/DM - Weld Quality Development for New Model Development

You should have a Diploma as your educational qualification and possess 4 to 12 years of experience for the role. Your main responsibilities will include developing Body Accuracy & White Body, inspecting Sheet metal Parts (Press & Weld), having experience in BIW production process, actively participating in BIW Proto Trials for Accuracy Maturation, Defects Analysis, and implementing countermeasures, as well as Closure Accuracy Maturation, Press & Roller Hemming accuracy maturation. In terms of technical and functional skills, you are expected to have knowledge about New Model Quality Maturation Plan & BIW Weld Process, FARO/Portable Scanning, CMM Inspection, ATOS Scanning, various Alignment methods used for inspection, Closure Quality Maturation process, assembly-related issues reported for closures & White Body, and Jig Planning Sheet & basic concepts like Datum Pin, Datum Mylar, etc. Moreover, you should be familiar with Quality Maturation Plan/Process which involves activities at various stages of Development like Production Proto, Mass Production Proto, corrective & preventive countermeasures for defects & Management.,
