Job Description

Execute Statutory Audits, Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP accounting services.
Establish audit objectives, design, and implement audit methodologies, processes, and report criteria.
Handle major audit engagements independently, including listed clients.
Lead teams through each audit assignment, guiding and mentoring team members.
Conduct reviews of work done by the audit team and ensure submission of data for partner review.
Stay updated on all applicable laws and regulations related to auditing.

Job Requirements

Qualified chartered accountant with experience in handling statutory audits of large listed companies and public limited companies.
Possess rich experience in managing multiple audit engagements and consolidated financials.
Demonstrate expertise in auditing financial statements and consolidation of large corporates.
Have knowledge of tax audit procedures and compliance with Income Tax Law amendments.
Be proficient in MS Office and SAP/Oracle systems.
Exhibit strong leadership, interpersonal, team, and communication skills (verbal and written).
A certificate course in Ind AS/IFRS is preferred.
Qualified Systems Auditor from ICAI (India) or CISA (USA) is preferred.
