Job Description :

• Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
• Contract Management:Manage the entire process of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), including preparing renewal proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements.
• Service Coordination:Coordinate with service teams, technicians, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of services and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Client Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
• Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate client records, update CRM systems with renewal status and sales data, and prepare reports.
• Sales and Upselling:Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or contract renewals to existing clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
