As a New Homes Sales Executive at Clarion Housing Group, you will be responsible for driving sales of Private Sales and Shared Ownership homes in the Manchester and Sandbach regions. With an expanding pipeline of new developments, we are seeking individuals who can meet high-volume sales targets while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your role will involve working closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote Latimer's developments. You will be based either at our Fountain Street office in Manchester or our Broadmeadow Park development in Sandbach, with occasional travel to other sites and venues across the region. The sites are operational 7 days a week, and you will be part of a rota that includes working on weekends. Ideal candidates will have a background in property sales and a track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Experience working as part of a development team and a commitment to upholding the Latimer brand are essential for success in this role.
