About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Global Marketplace Specialist who can independently manage and scale our business across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms globally. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in international marketplace operations and strong analytical and strategic capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Strategy & ExpansionDevelop and implement strategies to grow business across Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, EU, Japan, etc.)Conduct competitive analysis and identify new growth opportunities.Product Listing & OptimizationCreate high-performing product listings for multiple marketplaces.Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and backend keywords for better ranking and conversions.Inventory & Fulfillment ManagementManage FBA & FBM operations and coordinate with supply chain teams.Ensure optimal stock levels across marketplaces and avoid OOS situations.Create shipping plans and schedule appointments with Amazon fulfillment centers.Advertising & PromotionsPlan and execute Amazon PPC and DSP campaigns.Optimize ACOS and ROAS to maximize ROI and product visibility.Compliance & LocalizationEnsure compliance with Amazon policies and country-specific regulations.Localize pricing, content, and SEO for target regions.Analytics & ReportingTrack key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, CTR, ACOS, reviews, etc.).Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and business insights.Customer Service & Reputation ManagementManage reviews, feedback, returns, and customer escalations.Implement strategies to maintain seller health and account performance.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience managing Amazon Seller and Vendor CentralStrong knowledge of international e-commerce and cross-border logisticsExpertise in Amazon SEO, PPC, and product ranking strategiesProficient in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, KeepaStrong Excel and data analysis skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesMultilingual skills are an added advantage
