Operational Responsibilities
. Act as central point of contact in MCS for queries related to P2P processes. Depending on the area these are:
o Indirects (PM, Logistics, General Buying, Supplier financing, Vendor assurance, System helpline, System trainings)
o Directs (Raws, Packs, External factory)
o E-sourcing
o Vendor Master Data
. Work to improve efficiency of the existing systems & processes
. Provide support to Buyers & requisitioners
. Work efficiently with a wide range of internal clients
. Support MCS Centre Manager:
o Managing team's workload o Delegating tasks o Driving projects o Optimizing P2P processes o Leading team meetings o Onboarding new employees
. Together with counterparts from MCS North America and Europe, drive and actively participate in global initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and effectiveness of commercial processes
Governance & Communication Responsibilities:
. Serve as Service Lead and Subject Matter Expert for more junior associates and 3rd party resources
. Track metrics and KPIs as defined in Service Catalogue
Own the Commercial Scorecard for their area of responsibility and ensure it is up to date each period
. Support transitions of new businesses and regions
. Drive effectiveness of P2P processes on cross-departamental level
University degree preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, International Business English language skills mandatory Professional level of English, Mandarin & Cantonese strongly required
Professinal experience in Shared Service Centers (Master data, Accounts Payable, procurement), procurement, supply chain, logistics, finance departments.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Knowledge of, and experience in, core P2P functional competencies and in Commercial best practice
o Good communication and interpersonal skills
o Problem solving skills o Continous improvement thinking
o Excellent planning and organizational skills ability to organise workload
o Ability to analyse data and assess information quickly
o Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers
o Good written and verbal communication skills
o Experience in cooperation with higher management
o Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative
o Excellent attention to detail
