AM / Manager - R2R

You are a highly skilled Financial Analyst with 7-14 years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, and financial consolidation. You will be aligned with the Finance Operations vertical, responsible for determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. Your key responsibilities include posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statements, supporting month-end closing, preparing reports, supporting audits, and implementing general ledger processes including year-end closing and journalizing. Additionally, you will create and maintain ledgers, ledger currencies, budgets, and journal entries, design financial management solutions, prepare and review financial reports, perform financial consolidation, develop and maintain financial models and forecasts, identify trends and variances in financial data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement process improvements. You must be proficient in R2R and RTR tools, have a strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting principles, financial statements, and financial ratios. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Your role will involve developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Bangalore.
