AM / Manager - R2R (CA Qualified)

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. As a part of our Finance Operations vertical, your responsibilities will include determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, reconciling transactions, posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statements, supporting month-end closing, and preparing reports for audits. You will be responsible for implementing general ledger processes, including year-end closing, journalizing, creating and maintaining ledgers, ledger currencies, budgets, and journal entries. Your role will involve designing and delivering financial management solutions, comprehensive journal processing, hierarchical summaries, intuitive inquiry and reporting, dynamic allocations, management of commitments and expenditures, running interface reports, and closing books of accounts. Additionally, you will prepare and review financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Financial consolidation and analysis of data from various sources, developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts, identifying trends, variances, and anomalies in financial data, collaborating with cross-functional teams for accurate and timely financial reporting, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs will be key aspects of your role. The ideal candidate should have 7-14 years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, and financial consolidation, along with proficiency in R2R and RTR tools. A strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting principles, financial statements, and financial ratios, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines are essential requirements for this position.
