AM/ Manager- 2W Styling and Design- Listed Automotive

You will be joining a listed Automotive Company as an AM/Manager in the Styling division within the R&D Department at Akurdi, Pune. Your role will primarily focus on product design, specifically for motorcycles. As a Motorcycle/2-wheeler designer, you will be tasked with creating fresh innovative concepts and translating them into appealing and feasible designs. Your responsibilities will include Concept design, Concept modeling & development, Design thinking, and strategy. It is essential to have a good understanding of the brand and its customers across various markets worldwide. You will also be expected to capture upcoming and futuristic trends in 2-wheeled mobility. In terms of technical requirements, you should possess excellent sketching, rendering, and representation skills. Proficiency in quick 3D digital concept modeling using Alias Sub-D/Maya/Blender is crucial. A good sense of color, graphics, and proportions is necessary. Additionally, you should be able to compile and correlate design and packaging requirements and demonstrate the feasibility of proposed designs. Pushing the boundaries of conceptualization within given constraints is also a key aspect of this role.
