As an Associate Manager of Design & Video, your role involves producing high-quality visual designs and video content to bring the brand's storytelling to life. You will be hands-on in executing creative concepts, managing video production workflows, and ensuring all visual outputs align with the brand's marketing and communication strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Understand briefs and collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling graphics, motion assets, and video content. - Design and refine visual layouts using strong graphic design and visual storytelling practices. - Manage and coordinate shoots, including planning, execution, and production of in-house video content. - Work closely with Copywriters, Creative Leads, and cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent visual identity. - Provide expertise in video editing and design, ensuring content is optimized for digital, social, and traditional media. - Stay updated on the latest creative tools, techniques, and technologies. - Incorporate feedback from creative leadership and stakeholders to refine deliverables. - Test, adapt, and optimize graphic and video outputs across formats to ensure quality and performance. - Stay current with design and video trends to keep creative output fresh, relevant, and competitive. - Support the development of creative and communication strategies that align with campaign and brand goals. - Take on additional responsibilities or special projects as assigned. Skills & Qualities Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). - Strong grounding in design principles, video production, and industry best practices. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment. - Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality visual content. Education & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media Production, or a related field. - Minimum of 6+ years in visual design and video editing. - Desired 9-11 years of experience, with proven experience in experience design, brand development, and the end-to-end creative process.,
