Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in logistics or sort center operations, demonstrate strong leadership qualities, and have a keen understanding of customer KPIs, team management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the Sort Center to ensure smooth functioning and timely execution.
Monitor and drive performance metrics (Customer KPIs) to meet service level agreements.
Handle customer queries, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a large team to ensure productivity, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain process efficiency and operational accuracy.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for team and site growth.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
38 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or sort center operations
