Aluminium Fabricator

The Aluminium Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing aluminium components used in modular furniture systems and interior fit-out projects. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, ensuring precise cutting, joining, and finishing of aluminium profiles, and maintaining quality standards aligned with company production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabrication & Assembly:

• Measure, cut, drill, and assemble aluminium profiles as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Fabricate modular frames, partitions, panels, and other aluminium components used in interior fit-outs.
• Operate fabrication tools and machinery such as saws, drills, punch machines, and grinders.

Installation & Finishing:

• Assist in on-site installation of aluminium works such as doors, windows, partitions, and furniture systems.
• Ensure alignment, fitting accuracy, and clean finishing during assembly and installation.
• Handle materials carefully to prevent damage during transportation and fixing.

Quality & Safety:

• Follow company quality standards and safety procedures during fabrication and installation.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, dimensions, and surface finish before handover.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workstation cleanliness.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Coordinate with project engineers, designers, and site supervisors for work requirements.
• Report material shortages, tool maintenance needs, or production delays promptly.
• Support other fabrication or fit-out activities when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Aluminium Fabricator (preferably in an interior or modular furniture company).
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical diagrams.
• Proficient in using aluminium cutting, bending, and assembly tools.
• Knowledge of aluminium sections, modular system components, and hardware fittings.
• Attention to detail and strong workmanship quality.
• Team-oriented with good communication and time management skills.

Education & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma , Mechanical, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in aluminium fabrication for interiors or fit-outs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
