You'll be working on Terrem, a mobile app solving real estate issues for India’s youth. This internship is a unique opportunity to work alongside the founding team at Alpha Terra Pvt. Ltd. and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. Role Overview As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing the entire property listing lifecycle on our platform — from initial seller onboarding to successful property go-live. This is a high-impact role requiring coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and scalable operational process. Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire property listing lifecycle: from seller request to platform go-live. Assign and manage in-house and freelance field agents for property visits, data collection, and seller coordination. Ensure smooth communication and task execution between sellers and listing teams. Collaborate closely with internal teams including legal, tech, customer support, and marketing to streamline operations. Monitor and report key operational KPIs such as: Agent productivity Pending listings Seller response time Data quality Enforce operational SOPs and ensure adherence to process quality and timelines. Identify gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the listing workflow. Assist in scaling field operations, managing agent networks, and onboarding new agents when needed.
