ALM Administrator

NTT DATA is looking for an ALM Administrator to join the team in BANGALORE, Karnataka (IN-KA), India. As an ALM Administrator, you will need to have good written and verbal communication skills, experience in developing technical documentation, and proficiency in SQL reporting. Coding skills are essential for ALM enhancements, SharePoint, and Plug-ins enhancements. Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Rally tool for work management is also required. The ideal candidate should be experienced in using SCM tools like TFS and GitLab for maintaining Plug-in codes. Additionally, familiarity with ServiceNow, Rally, and Tasktop Integrations for reviewing issue logs, System Architecture, PPM documentation process, and SharePoint Maintenance is necessary. You will also be responsible for ALM Installation, patch upgrades, version upgrades, setting up Load balancing, Securing certifications, and application monitoring controls. Collaboration with DBAs for database performance issues and tuning, as well as Change process implementation and documentation, are part of the role. The ability to troubleshoot ALM production issues using logs and error messages is crucial. Knowledge of ServiceNow, Rally, and Tasktop Integrations is also a plus.
