Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Allen Bradley PLC Programmer with 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in industrial automation. The candidate will be responsible for programming, testing, and commissioning PLC systems, ensuring smooth operation of electrical and automation processes in manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC systems.
• Design and implement automation solutions for electrical and industrial processes.
• Work on HMI/SCADA integration with PLC systems.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and commissioning of PLC programs at site.
• Collaborate with design, production, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
• Provide support for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of automation systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC programming (RSLogix, Studio 5000).
• Experience with HMI/SCADA systems (FactoryTalk, Wonderware, etc.).
• Understanding of electrical circuits, control panels, and automation systems.
• Hands‑on experience in installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical (preferred).
• Good analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
• Specialized training/certification in PLC programming (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
