About the Role: All About IELTS (AAI) is India’s most structured, bilingual IELTS preparation platform, delivering results through expert-led live sessions , Amazon best-selling books , and self-paced app-based learning . We are now scaling operations in Uttarakhand , starting with Dehradun as the base. We’re hiring a target-driven Business Development Manager who can drive: App Downloads Online Course Sales (B2C) School & College Awareness Campaigns Franchise Development This is not a desk-only role. The selected candidate must initiate B2C calling, visit institutions, conduct seminars, follow up on leads , and close franchise opportunities within the territory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive App Downloads Promote AAI’s IELTS app through WhatsApp groups, QR code campaigns, and demo events Onboard micro-influencers (tuition centres, trainers) to recommend the app Encourage download-to-enrollment conversion through follow-up campaigns 2. Online Course Sales (B2C + B2B) Handle incoming warm leads from app & web Make outbound calls and WhatsApp follow-ups to convert into paid enrollments Counsel students and working professionals for course selection (₹500 – ₹10,000) Set daily/weekly sales targets and track outcomes via CRM and internal systems 3. Institutional Promotions & Events Visit schools, colleges, and local institutes to conduct IELTS awareness sessions Build relationships with TPOs, HODs, English faculty, and career counsellors Coordinate free demo sessions , distribute promotional material, and collect leads Capture institution-generated leads for course sales and franchise prospecting 4. Franchise Development Pitch AAI’s low-investment, high-return franchise model to: IELTS tutors, coaching centres, English language trainers Business owners interested in EdTech or study abroad Handle inquiry to closure: calls, meetings, presentations, follow-up, onboarding Ensure new franchisees are guided with the initial setup Ideal Profile Required Skills: 3–6 years in education sales, EdTech, IELTS, or franchise development Proven B2C calling experience and high-conversion follow-up capability Strong presentation skills for live seminars in schools and colleges Field-readiness to travel within Dehradun and nearby cities (Haridwar, Roorkee, etc.) Fluent in English and Hindi (Punjabi/Kumaoni/Garhwali a bonus) Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp selling, and reporting dashboards Preferred Background: Past work with IELTS/English coaching , EdTech , or education franchises Knowledge of study abroad/immigration consulting (optional but useful) Existing network in Uttarakhand’s education ecosystem is a strong advantage Compensation Package Fixed Monthly Salary₹35,000 – ₹50,000 (based on experience) Sales Incentives For online course targets + franchise closures Travel Allowance.
