We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Executive to join our artist management and booking agency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing business strategies, securing partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the company and our roster of artists. This role requires strong industry knowledge, negotiation skills, and a passion for music, entertainment, and talent management. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Strategy • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams for the company and artists. • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the agency’s market reach. • Negotiate contracts, sponsorships, and brand partnerships for artists. • Research and analyze market trends to stay ahead of industry developments. Artist Booking & Management • Collaborate with agents, promoters, and venues to secure bookings for artists. • Manage artist schedules, contracts, and tour logistics. • Develop pricing strategies for artist bookings and performances. • Ensure smooth execution of events, appearances, and performances. Client & Partner Relations • Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, labels, promoters, and media outlets. • Act as a liaison between artists and clients, ensuring professional representation. • Handle negotiations and contracts with clients and stakeholders. Marketing & Branding • Work with the marketing team to develop branding and promotional strategies for artists. • Identify sponsorship and endorsement opportunities. • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns to maximize exposure and engagement. Financial Management • Oversee revenue generation and financial performance of artist bookings. • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management. • Ensure timely invoicing and collections for artist performances and deals. Requirements & Qualifications: • 3-5+ years of experience in artist management, booking, or the entertainment industry. • Strong network of industry contacts, including venues, promoters, and brands. • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies for artists. • Familiarity with booking software and CRM tools is a plus.
