Aligners Support Executive

About the Role

We are hiring a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Aligners Support Executive who can manage confirmation calls, follow-up calls, and support customers using our aligners app. The candidate must have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic software tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Make confirmation calls to new aligner patients.
• Conduct follow-up calls regarding treatment progress.
• Provide support for our Aligners mobile app (login, uploads, troubleshooting, etc.).
• Maintain and update data using Excel, Word, and other software tools.
• Record call details and treatment updates in internal systems.
• Provide basic technical guidance to customers regarding digital tools.
• Coordinate with internal departments when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills (English + local languages).
• Strong computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, basic software handling).
• Ability to understand and explain mobile app functions.
• Basic troubleshooting ability.
• Prior experience in customer support or healthcare/dental field is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
