Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) Gurgaon Location: Gurgaon Industry: Alco-Bev (Off-Premise Sales) Experience: 8+ Years Compensation: 10 15 LPA (Based on experience and expertise) About the Role A fast-growing Alco-Bev brand is seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and drive Off-Premise sales operations in the Gurgaon region . This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of the Gurgaon market and an extensive background in alcoholic beverage distribution and retail . Key Responsibilities Lead Off-Premise channel sales and distribution strategy in Gurgaon. Drive sales growth , achieve monthly volume and revenue targets. Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, retail partners, and trade channels . Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies and market expansion plans . Ensure strong visibility, merchandising, and in-store branding at retail outlets. Monitor market trends, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights. Manage, motivate, and guide a team of Sales Executives for maximum productivity. Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance norms in the Alco-Bev sector. Key Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in Alco-Bev Off-Premise sales , specifically in the Gurgaon region. Deep knowledge of local market dynamics , retail networks, and distribution channels. Proven success in driving territory growth and volume targets . Strong team management, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment . Experience in category development, visibility drives , and brand activations .

Generation form Wholesaler (L-l) : Now this market is performing well. We need to focus on generation permit on regular basis to cater the market requirement. Gurgaon is important market for Luxury and Premium brands. 3. Collection on time: As this is credit-oriented market. We should know about the party history and creditability. Regular follow ups of collection and uphold compliance. 4. Timely settlement of commitments: Schemes should be settled on time. That will create the positive work atmosphere with traders and helps in generating more business. 5. Consumer Promotion Reports: Keeping track of consumer promotion reports aids in evaluating marketing strategies and their impact on sales. Preferred candidate profile Qualification -MBA Sales & Marketing ( Regular) Experience 10-12 Years in Liquor industry Accountability -Demand Generation, Permit Generation, Collection on Time, Consumer promotion reports etc.
