Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) Gurgaon Location: Gurgaon Industry: Alco-Bev (Off-Premise Sales) Experience: 8+ Years Compensation: 10 15 LPA (Based on experience and expertise) About the Role A fast-growing Alco-Bev brand is seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and drive Off-Premise sales operations in the Gurgaon region . This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of the Gurgaon market and an extensive background in alcoholic beverage distribution and retail . Key Responsibilities Lead Off-Premise channel sales and distribution strategy in Gurgaon. Drive sales growth , achieve monthly volume and revenue targets. Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, retail partners, and trade channels . Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies and market expansion plans . Ensure strong visibility, merchandising, and in-store branding at retail outlets. Monitor market trends, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights. Manage, motivate, and guide a team of Sales Executives for maximum productivity. Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance norms in the Alco-Bev sector. Key Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in Alco-Bev Off-Premise sales , specifically in the Gurgaon region. Deep knowledge of local market dynamics , retail networks, and distribution channels. Proven success in driving territory growth and volume targets . Strong team management, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment . Experience in category development, visibility drives , and brand activations .
