We are looking for a resourceful and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director (MD) . Position Overview: As the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director , you will play a vital role in ensuring the MD’s time is effectively managed and that business operations run smoothly at the executive level. This is a key support role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and understands the importance of confidentiality, initiative, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage the MD’s complex calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Organize national and international travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries Screen and manage emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the MD Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentations Attend meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions Conduct research and compile data to support business decisions Liaise with clients, partners, and senior staff to support seamless communication Assist in the coordination of events, projects, and key company initiatives Handle confidential information with discretion Provide personal assistance to the MD as required, including occasional errands Anticipate the needs of the MD and proactively manage tasks and priorities Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and under pressure Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Flexibility with working hours, including occasional after-hours support Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brand environment Familiarity with project management or productivity tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Why Join Al Haadi Lifestyles?
