Area Sales Manager: Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh Location: Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh Responsibilities: · Developing the business of the state/region aggressively · Intensive field promotion including demand-creation activities at the farmers' level · Setting up a strong distribution network · Product and Market development, including opening of new territories · Brand promotions at rural markets · Achieving sales growth as per the business plan · Training and development of the team · Creating a profit center · Aggressive Business growth Requirements: · Agriculture graduate with an ABM from reputed institutes · Minimum 5-8 years of experience in handling direct sales in leading seed companies · Having a good understanding & knowledge of vegetable seed markets and competitions. · Passion for developing business rapidly by taking ownership and responsibilities · Willing to travel extensively in rural areas to develop the brand/product and serve farmers · Acumen of Communication, Negotiation, and team building · Open and positive mindset, willing to think of out-of-the-box solution Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: seeds sales: 5 years (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 09/08/2025

Strengthen existing business and aggressively develop new business in the assigned territory/region. Conduct intensive field promotional activities & product demo in your area. Organise demand creation activities at farmer’s level. Build strong business relationship with Dealers / Distributors in your area and promote the Company products/sales continuously along with product promotional activities at point of sale. Collect and provide market intelligence information to your reporting Manager and support in planning market development activities. Achieving sales targets assigned to you at the beginning of financial year. Ensure Timely Payments Collection. Provide support and train team members in achieving individual as well as team targets. Ensure development of team members. Coordinate with R&D team In conducting and evaluation of trials by providing market feedback. Provide support to farmers on agronomy practices, complaint resolution, technical information about products etc. Prepare and execute your weekly/monthly sales and tour plans. Review and validate tour / sales plans submitted to you by your subordinates, if any.
