Experience: 4 to 10 years in Sales & Marketing in the Cable Tray Manufacturing Industry Job Overview: Akshara Engineering Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the cable tray, solar, steel, and allied industries .. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales expertise, market development skills, and a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth. This role requires someone with extensive knowledge of industrial sales, dealer network expansion, and customer relationship management . Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets . Identify and develop new business opportunities in cable tray, solar, steel, and allied industries . Build strong relationships with contractors, EPC companies, distributors, and industrial clients . Market Expansion & Business Development: Expand dealer and distributor networks across key regions. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Work closely with the production and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, OEMs, and industry decision-makers . Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Marketing & Branding: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, trade shows, and exhibitions. Develop promotional materials, case studies, and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product positioning and customer engagement. Reporting & Coordination: Track sales performance and provide reports to senior management. Work closely with the factory, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor industry trends and provide insights for future business growth. Qualifications & Skills Required: Experience: 4 to 10 years in Sales & Marketing in the Cable Tray, Steel, or Metal Fabrication Industry . Education: B.Tech/MBA (Preferred) or equivalent in Sales/Marketing/Engineering. Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of cable trays, steel fabrication, and industrial products . Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage B2B sales cycles. Network & Relationships: Existing connections in the EPC, infrastructure, power, and industrial sectors . Leadership & Strategy: Ability to lead a sales team , set goals, and drive execution. Tech Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and digital marketing tools . Communication & Presentation: Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year Experience: Cabletray Manufacturing: 4 years (Required) Work Location: In person
