Key Responsibilities Provide advanced HR support, promptly addressing and prioritizing departmental inquiries and day-to-day operational tasks Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers Assist in implementing HR initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline and automate routine HR processes (e.g. onboarding, reporting, document management) Champion and be expert in new systems implementation, enhancing service delivery through continuous improvements Ensure local compliance in line with legislation Collaboration with the HR Business Partners /P&T to understand and align with strategy Be local expert knowledge focal point for automated services (e.g HR Agent), input in designing and training on new systems Support the rollout and adoption of digital tools like HR systems, AI-powered insights, and self-service platforms Collaborate cross-functionally and globally to evaluate and pilot new technologies that improve the employee experience and decision-making Translate feedback from the workforce into actionable plans for continuous improvement and tech-enabled change Ensure compliance with local legislative requirements and data privacy regulations while promoting responsible AI use in HR processes Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services Experience in HR tech, AI, and automation trends Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment Proficiency with HRIS/HR tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, ServiceNow) preferred What You'll Bring Proven experience in an generalist HR advisory activities from onboarding to offboarding Have experience in responding to general HR inquiries in a timely manner Curiosity and comfort with emerging HR tech, AI, and automation trends Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you enjoy asking Why do we do it this way? and then finding a better way Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, can-do attitude Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Service Now) is a plus Awareness of ethical considerations in HR tech and AI implementation Experience of working within a matrix organisation within an international team environment
