Work Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad Experience:15-25yrs Job Description: Excellent knowledge of AIX Troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis of issues on major AIX flavors Solid understanding of fundamental technologies like TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, DNS, LDAP, NFS Experience in Remote server management tools Good exposure on scripting knowledge (shell and Perl) Strong knowledge on user management and server administration Operating Systems (OS) installation, systems management, security, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and version upgrades on AIX Support for application servers and services to include installation and troubleshooting software on server platforms, ensuring compliance with current licensing Assist in the setting of system standards for base implementation (including limit values, volume and file system management, service configurations, etc.) Utilizing strong scripting capabilities to automate base system administration tasks Create and Configure VIO, NIM servers for LPAR management also assist with Half yearly/yearly server patching activity Sound knowledge on HMC Please share your updated profile to suganya@spstaffing.in , if you are interested.
