We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 3 to 5 years of experience in Cloud Basics RedHat Linux Administration Shell scripting AIX Administration and HP - Unix Administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. Experience in the Medical Devices domain is a plus. Responsibilities Lead the design implementation and maintenance of cloud-based solutions to ensure optimal performance and scalability. Oversee the administration of RedHat Linux systems ensuring high availability and security. Provide expertise in shell scripting to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency. Manage AIX Administration tasks including system installation configuration and maintenance. Handle HP Unix Administration responsibilities ensuring system integrity and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal user experience. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system administration and security. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve system performance and security. Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring reliable and secure IT infrastructure positively impacting society through efficient and innovative solutions. Qualifications Must have strong experience in Cloud Basics RedHat Linux Administration Shell scripting AIX Administration and HP Unix Administration. Nice to have experience in the Medical Devices domain. Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong communication and collaboration skills. Must have the ability to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. Must have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technologies. Certifications Required Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) CompTIA Linux+ AWS Certified Solutions Architect
