Airport CSA & Ground Staff

As a Flight Attendant, your main responsibility will be to welcome passengers on board and direct them to their seats. You will also be required to provide information on safety procedures to the passengers and ensure that all seat belts and galleys are secure prior to take-off. During the flight, you will be responsible for making announcements on behalf of the pilot, answering any questions that passengers may have, serving meals and refreshments, selling duty-free goods, and advising passengers of any allowance restrictions in force at their destination. In addition, you will be tasked with reassuring passengers and ensuring that they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations. You will also be expected to provide first aid facility, ticketing services, and maintenance technical help as needed. To excel in this role, you must possess strong verbal communication skills and an excellent personality.
