The ideal candidate has strong fare knowledge, excellent accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. Mode of Work: Work from Home Key Responsibilities: • Manage flight bookings and ticketing via GDS (Amadeus) • Issue, reissue, cancel tickets, and process refunds • Ensure compliance with fare rules and airline policies • Proactively handle schedule changes and disruptions • Provide timely, solution-driven support to clients What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 5 years GDS experience (Amadeus preferred) • Expertise in fare construction and ticketing processes • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and customer focus • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends Note: Immediate joiners will be preferred.
