Airfield Lighting Design Engineer

To learn more about us, visit www.dar.com. Your responsibilities will include designing Airfield Ground lighting system design along with its related civil works and control. You will collaborate closely with Architects, Engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize project design and address design technical issues effectively. Your design activities will entail preparing reliable Electrical designs, Tender/Construction Drawings, and Documents/Specifications for various systems such as Airfield Ground Lighting system, Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring system, Electrical Civil works including MV and LV Network, Airfield Ground Lighting circuiting layout, Constant Current Regulator sizing, and Electrical substation Equipment Layout including related Lighting and small power plans. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor or master's degree in electrical engineering and have a proven track record of 5-10 years as an electrical designer. A strong understanding of design principles, construction techniques, and building systems is essential. Additionally, excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills will be crucial for success in this position.
