Collaboration with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders will be essential as you gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features to boost user engagement. Data analysis and experimentation with large-scale datasets will be a key aspect of your responsibilities to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive the refinement of recommendation algorithms. Additionally, you will deploy scalable and efficient recommendation solutions using machine learning frameworks and libraries. Continuous research and staying updated on advancements in AI/machine learning techniques will be encouraged to recommend innovative approaches that enhance recommendation capabilities. To be successful in this role, you are required to have over 5 years of professional experience in end-to-end development of large-scale ML systems in production. Proficiency in common machine learning frameworks and libraries, a deep understanding of machine learning and software engineering fundamentals, and basic knowledge of monitoring systems in a production environment are necessary skills. Preferred skills include experience in developing AI-based anomaly detection and content moderation systems, along with familiarity with technology such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure, and microservice development and operation using Docker and Kubernetes will be advantageous. Additionally, utilizing deep learning models in production and having publications in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals are desirable qualifications.
