As an IT Support Technician at Sunit Breweries Private Limited, your primary responsibilities will include the installation and maintenance of LAN networks, troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, setting up CCTV cameras, and conducting routine checks. You will also be responsible for regular IT system maintenance at the site to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum qualification of HS (Higher Secondary) passed and at least 1 year of relevant experience in computer hardware/software support, LAN installation, and CCTV maintenance. This position is open only to male candidates who possess strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, LAN setup and troubleshooting, as well as basic CCTV setup and monitoring system knowledge. In return for your services, Sunit Breweries Private Limited offers a monthly salary of 15,000 along with accommodation provided by the company. As a Machine Learning Engineer at Mercari, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining machine learning systems, specifically in the Recommendation domain. By leveraging the necessary infrastructure and companywide platform tools, you will contribute to enhancing the functions and services of the marketplace app. Your work will involve optimizing machine learning algorithms and models to improve the recommendation system, thereby enhancing the discovery experience for users. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders will be essential as you gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features to boost user engagement. Data analysis and experimentation with large-scale datasets will be a key aspect of your responsibilities to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive the refinement of recommendation algorithms. Additionally, you will deploy scalable and efficient recommendation solutions using machine learning frameworks and libraries. Continuous research and staying updated on advancements in AI/machine learning techniques will be encouraged to recommend innovative approaches that enhance recommendation capabilities. Your role will also involve monitoring system performance, conducting A/B testing to evaluate feature effectiveness, and contributing to the fast-paced and challenging environment at Mercari. To be successful in this role, you are required to have over 5 years of professional experience in end-to-end development of large-scale ML systems in production. Strong expertise in delivering machine learning solutions from experimentation to model deployment in large-scale production systems is essential. Proficiency in common machine learning frameworks and libraries, a deep understanding of machine learning and software engineering fundamentals, and basic knowledge of monitoring systems in a production environment are necessary skills. Preferred skills include experience in developing AI-based anomaly detection and content moderation systems, along with familiarity with technology such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure, and microservice development and operation using Docker and Kubernetes will be advantageous. Additionally, utilizing deep learning models in production and having publications in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals are desirable qualifications. Mercari offers a full-time employment status in Bangalore with a hybrid workstyle. Employees have the flexibility to work from the office for 2 days per week and work from home for 3 days per week.
