Responsibilities Lead the team to achieve organizational sales and operational goals. Provide backend support to external sales teams throughout the entire order cycle (Enquiry to Delivery). Maintain and update customer and order databases in CRM and ERP systems. Provide technical support to sales teams and customers on product selection, based on application and site requirements. Facilitate and oversee order processing activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Respond promptly and accurately to sales inquiries, including technical clarifications, application guidance, pricing, and delivery timelines. Perform follow-ups to ensure timely shipment, delivery, and customer satisfaction. Assist in all post-order activities including documentation, coordination, and issue resolution. Actively engage in product knowledge enhancement and process improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E.) with 11–14 years of experience in Inside Sales and Order Management. Strong customer-focused approach with attention to detail, deadline orientation, and a high aptitude for learning. Technical knowledge of Gate, Butterfly, Check, Air, Control Valves and IoT devices . Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems for order tracking and customer management. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Exposure to Electromechanical products and solutions is preferred.
