Job Description: Air Ticket Executive

Position Title: Air Ticket Executive
Location: H.No: 3-5-1094/15/2H, 4th Floor, Pillar No. 1171, Narayanguda Metro Station,
Hyderabad - 500029Reports To: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
• Provide customers with accurate flight options, fares, and schedules.
• Coordinate with airlines and clients for booking-related queries and updates.
• Manage group bookings and corporate travel arrangements.
• Assist clients with visa, travel insurance, and other travel-related requirements.
• Ensure all bookings are made as per company policies and client requirements.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in air ticketing or travel industry.
• Proficiency in GDS systems and basic office software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
