The ideal candidate should have knowledge of online booking systems like Protel and possess strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage domestic and international air ticket bookings Use Protel and other online platforms for reservations and modifications Provide clients with suitable itinerary options and fare details Maintain accurate booking records and ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate with airlines and backend support teams when necessary Skills Required: Proficiency in online booking tools like Protel Good knowledge of MS Office, internet, and email Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Experience: Freshers or candidates with relevant experience in air ticket booking are welcome to apply Working Hours: Full-time position Timings will be discussed during the interview Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
