As the Head of Product for our AI-Powered Recruitment Platform, you will be spearheading the development of a revolutionary platform that is set to transform the landscape of hiring processes. This platform is designed to be intelligent, efficient, and deeply empathetic. At its core lies an AI-powered recruitment engine that leverages data, automation, and real-time decision-making to provide cutting-edge solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to craft and execute the product strategy for our AI-driven recruitment and talent-matching platform. This will involve conceptualizing and implementing advanced modules focused on job discovery, candidate sourcing, automated matching, and workflow automation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, design, and business units will be essential to deliver impactful features. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle from user research to implementation, ensuring continuous feedback and improvement loops. To excel in this role, you should bring over 15 years of product leadership experience in SaaS or platform product companies. A solid background in HRTech, specifically in HRMS, ATS, or other recruitment systems is crucial. Proficiency in technical aspects such as working with AWS architecture, DevOps pipelines, and coding fundamentals is required. Your ability to collaborate with AI/ML teams and successfully launch intelligent, scalable products will be key. A proactive mindset, prioritizing user needs, and having a strong sense of product intuition are also essential qualities we are looking for.
