The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software and application solutions, possess excellent listening and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to understand client business models and propose technology-based solutions. Experience in business analysis or working alongside BA teams is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads. Conduct in-depth needs analysis and client consultations to understand business processes and software needs. Present and demonstrate software/application solutions tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with Business Analysts and technical teams to design and propose customized solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitors. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in IT or software sales (preferred: SaaS, custom software, enterprise solutions). Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to understand and articulate client needs. Good knowledge of software applications , platforms, and digital business models. Basic to intermediate understanding of business analysis principles and client workflows. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). MUST Have: Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Technical writing or documentation skills. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) or API integrations.
