AI/ML Specialist

You are a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Specialist who will be joining our dynamic team. Your role will involve developing and maintaining web applications using Django and Flask frameworks, designing and implementing RESTful APIs with Django Rest Framework (DRF), and deploying, managing, and optimizing applications on AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation. You will also be responsible for building and integrating APIs for AI/ML models, creating scalable machine learning models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn, and implementing transformer architectures like BERT and GPT for NLP and other advanced AI use cases. Furthermore, you will optimize machine learning models through techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, pruning, and quantization, as well as deploying and managing them in production environments using tools like TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, and AWS SageMaker. Your focus will be on ensuring the scalability, performance, and reliability of applications and deployed models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and efficient code, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and providing constructive feedback to peers. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, proficiency in Python with a strong understanding of its ecosystem, extensive experience with Django and Flask frameworks, hands-on experience with AWS services for application deployment and management, and a strong knowledge of Django Rest Framework (DRF) for building APIs. Additionally, you should have expertise in machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn, experience with transformer architectures for NLP and advanced AI solutions, a solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB, familiarity with MLOps practices, and basic knowledge of front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.,
