AI/ML Scientist

As an AI/ML Scientist at our company, your role will involve collaborating with business, platform, and technology stakeholders to understand project scopes. You will be responsible for performing comprehensive exploratory data analysis to derive inferences for further solutioning, experimentation, and evaluation. Additionally, you will design, develop, and deploy robust enterprise AI solutions using Generative AI, NLP, machine learning, and other technologies. Your focus should always be on providing business value while ensuring technical sustainability. It will be part of your responsibility to promote and drive the adoption of cutting-edge data science and AI practices within the team. Staying up to date on relevant technologies and leveraging this knowledge to propel the team forward will also be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business, platform, and technology stakeholders - Perform comprehensive exploratory data analysis - Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions - Focus on providing business value and technical sustainability - Promote and drive adoption of cutting-edge data science and AI practices - Stay up to date on relevant technologies Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of experience in data science and AI - Proficiency in programming/querying languages like Python, SQL, PySpark, and Azure cloud platform tools - Strong work experience in text analytics, NLP, and Generative AI - Scientific and analytical thinking mindset with a focus on driving business outcomes through AI/ML - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science with/without specialization in AI/ML - Strong business acumen and a desire to collaborate with business teams - Prior understanding in the business domain of shipping and logistics is advantageous If you require any adjustments during the application and hiring process or need special assistance or accommodation, please contact us at accommodationrequests@maersk.com.,
